Lodging
The Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP is the official lodging partner of DCWJBF. Located adjacent to the IUP campus and right off Wayne Avenue, it is moments from downtown. Its restaurant and bar, C.H. Fields, offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Guests are invited to enjoy an indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor patio with fire pit.

Location and Parking
The Delaney Chevrolet Westsylvania Jazz & Blues Festival and Westsylvania Arts Festival take place in downtown Indiana, PA. Indiana is located about an hour northeast of Pittsburgh and is the birthplace of Jimmy Stewart and Edward Abbey.
Your best bet is to set your GPS for the Indiana Borough Parking Garage: 650 Water St, Indiana, PA.
The Indiana Borough Parking Garage is centrally located downtown and literally steps away from the festival.
Additional Saturday parking is available in the Borough lot at 8th and Church streets, behind Grace United Methodist Church (GPS: 728 Church Street, Indiana - to get to the lot and a charging station for electric vehicles).
Please be advised that residential neighborhoods are ‘permit parking only’ weekdays before 5PM.
Chairs
To make set-up and tear-down easier for our volunteers, chairs will not be provided. Attendees are welcome to bring their own chairs for anyone requiring a seat.
Restrooms
Portajohns will be available and conveniently located. Volunteers at the Information Table will be happy to direct you.
Kids’ Zone
Activities for kids and spaces for diaper changes and nursing will be available near the Westsylvania stage courtesy of Resurrection Indiana. More details to come.
ATM
ATM machines can be found on Philadelphia Street including those located at InFirst Bank’s Philadelphia Street offices (935 Philadelphia Street).
Good Stuff To Eat
Grab a bite or a drink from festival vendors or, try one of out many downtown restaurants within steps of the festival.

Adults 21 and older may consume beer, wine, or malt beverages within the festival footprint. Please stay within our clearly-marked boundaries when your containers are open!

Inclement Weather
The show will go on, rain or shine - throw some rain gear in the car! In the event of lightning, we’ll stop the music until it passes. Conditions deemed dangerous for our performers and attendees will result in the festival’s cancellation. Please listen for announcements from the stage and social media updates.
COVID-19 Safety
The Delaney Chevrolet Westsylvania Jazz & Blues Festival will be adhering to the latest CDC guidelines, and state and local mandates. We encourage attendees with health conditions that increase their vulnerability to the virus and its variants to take precautions including social distancing.
