The Delaney Chevrolet Westsylvania Jazz and Blues Festival will hold its annual Westsylvania Blues Happy Hour, with Gene Sweeney and the Blues Gypsies, on April 13, from 7 to 9 pm. It will be preceded by the “Funnest Business in Town” competition from 5 to 6:45pm.
